Children's Wippette Raincoat preowned Condition: clean. exterior shows moderate wear/some fading/ small spotting upon close inspection.  no tears/stains or indication of heavy wear. tight stitching. Interior (100% cotton/flannel) is very clean/excellent condition. this is a very nice raincoat. VG. Note: prior owner's name is written on coat label (pictured) Color: yellow with gray lower stripe. Vented along sides under arms (pictured) Measurements: Length:  26 3/4 inches Sleeve length:  21 inches sleeve opening:  4 inches Shoulders:  ~10 inches. Based on coat design it is difficult to get an accurate measurement. measurement taken 3 1/2 inches below the neck through the center of the triangle. Chest:  17 1/2 inches Bottom opening:  22 inches
