Frozen Elsa Clear Rain Coat

Frozen Elsa Clear Raincoat Disney Size 3. This is the cutest raincoat for a little girl. The coat is clear, covered with various snowflakes,  flowers or snowflakes covering snapped closure.  There are  2 side pockets and there is a hoodie. On the left hand side is beautiful Elsa. Elsa does have some marks interrupting the design but not affecting the coat. This is the only flaw on the coat.
